Earn at least 8 exercise points
Drink 64 oz water each day
No secret eating
No snacking at work

i snack at work too because i have nothing better to do. i'm a work study at college and i do practically nothing (despite running all over campus which is a bonus for my workout!). I have to stop eating because i'm bored and replace it with water.

That's my problem at work also: boredom. I was hired to manage a small office, but they really don't need much managing, so I get bored often. I have some projects coming up that will take more time, but until then . . . You are right about replacing food with water. I will amend my goal to say "Drink water whenever I feel the urge to snack this week at work."

i also found that snacking on half a 100 calorie pack (i love the chips ahoy ones!!) helps. i'll have half at a time, it tickles my sweet tooth plus i feel i have snackie myself to satisfaction. i also chew ice, it's crunchy and something to just chew.
