When do you weigh?

Hi all
I read an article this weekend that said dieters keep their weight off longer if they weigh themselves every day, becauser they monitor their weight more closely. I was always taught to weigh myself once per week. What do you think?

My official weigh-ins are on Weds, but I do tend to weigh daily. It has its advantages and disadvantages, but I think weighing once a week is better. Inches tell more about how your doing over what the scale says anyway. I'd be happy with more muscle than fat, and we all know that weighs more.

I'm new to this particular board... but I prefer to weigh in once a week.
I weigh in several times a week. I used to weigh in daily, but it seams I can't get to the bathroom fast enough anymore (dh beats me to it) and by the time he's out I already drank something so I don't do the weigh in. Mine has to be first thing in the morning after peeing.
I do go more by the official week's weigh in. But I use the other weigh ins as a reminder of what I'm doing and for staying on track. I don't get disappointed if
