I found stairs a great way to start anything (seeming i do a lot of running around my 9 story office building!). You've come to the right place. These ladies are wonderful and inspiring. Can't wait to hear about your progress!!

Welcome, Sue! I'm sure you'll find the support you need here--I know I do! I agree with everyone who said that it's great that you're getting healthy one step at a time. I find that it's worked best for me to make one change and then make another once I feel like the first one is going to be permanent. It's life, not just a diet!
