Pushing myself hard..

Yesterday was a free day for me..lol. I skipped breakfast (like usual) but ate a stuffed pizza slice for lunch (crust is wrapped around cheese, sauce, sausage, and peperoni) and had a small coke with it. Then went out with fiance to dinner and ate a 7 oz steak, 2 mozzerella sticks, spinach dip, broccoli, and 1/3 chicken breast with three glasses of sweet tea. Ahhh..I was stuffed. Then we went to the movies where I ate a box of junior mints and drank a small coke. Lol..the only exercise I had yesterday was walking around the mall with best friend trying to find a dress that fits her picky style for a wedding she is going to in Wisconsin.

So, today, I woke up in a great mood (son is staying with grandparents until tonight so I got to sleep in) and just wanted to clean so I just stated cleaning. Cleaned windows, tvs, dusted, straigtened, did two loads of laundry, vaccumed, cleaned bathroom, and took out trash. After all that was still feeling like I needed to do something and started pedaling away on the stationary bike. Did that for about 25 minutes until the phone rang. I feel pretty good about myself today. I haven't eaten anything yet and it is after 1pm. I'm not feeling hungry at all but no that I should eat something. My son broke our scale last week, so I haven't been able to weigh myself. He picked it up and threw it down the stairs. That is something I have wanted to do plenty times, but never did!! Lol, it had it coming, though!

Anyways, I hope I can keep this positive attitude up and not go back to the lazy ol' eat anything Angie I have been!!

Isn't it great when you feel like that.. just wanting to get up and do stuff.. run around.. exercise. And the thing is, when we do this, we're feeling really good about ourselves and we're energetic. How come we ever allow ourselves to be sluggish again? (Never mind me I'm lecturing myself). Wishing you many many good days like that.
