I can't believe it's Monday already. Time to set some goals for this week. Make sure to write your goals somewhere and have a look at them everyday as a reminder. You know what? WE CAN DO THIS!
First off wow you are almost under the big 200!!!Congrats!!! My goal is to stay away from fast foods and sweets and start and keep up with my walking, even when things are bad like they have been losing weight and feeling healthy is 1 way that might help me have something to look forward to. Tammmy
Not to gain any weight, had a bad but GOOD weekend (see my individual post) and Ds's party is this weekend so...no gain is my gaol DRINK MY WATER, oh I haven't done that in a few days.....I just want to get 2 bottles in right now, cuz I figured out that drinking the 4 was making me kinda sick so backed off and now need to work back up SLOWLY Have some fun is my last goal!!
start eating celery and carrots. staying away from the cream puffs in the freezer keep on top of my exercising keep the house clean for my mom when she visits on thursday!!
My goals is to remain positive throughout the week, to continue everyday exercises and eat as much as I ate last week. I hope not to be overobsessed about weight loss and not to weigh in too often, so basically I hope to have patience.
My goals this week are very simple. I want to lose 2 lbs and am going to try to walk at least 20 minutes or do my stationary bike 10 minutes every day this week. Nothing too ambitious for me, I'm starting back slowly.
3. Strengh 5 days a week for about 30 min.(sil I'm living with just bought a bowflex)
4. Drink at least 64 oz of water
I am going to a family reunion in July and I want to get down as much as possible. I am hoping for 10 pounds by July 14, which might be hard considering I am going to Nashville this weekend. I am going to try not to eat to much while I am there.

This week, I'm gunning for that 250 mark! And weighing/measuring everything... I've become pretty lax about portion size, which can't be helping.
