I can't believe it's Monday already. Time to set some goals for this week. Make sure to write your goals somewhere and have a look at them everyday as a reminder. You know what? WE CAN DO THIS!

have been losing weight and feeling healthy is 1 way that might

My goals is to remain positive throughout the week, to continue everyday exercises and eat as much as I ate last week. I hope not to be overobsessed about weight loss and not to weigh in too often, so basically I hope to have patience.

Time to bump up my efforts and really focus!

go to the gym 4 days this week

drink at least 3-24 oz bottles of water per day including the weekends

exercise at home on the days when I'm not at the gym

eat 1 serving of fresh veggies per day (this one is hard for me)

Good luck to everyone this week!

My goals this week are very simple. I want to lose 2 lbs and am going to try to walk at least 20 minutes or do my stationary bike 10 minutes every day this week. Nothing too ambitious for me, I'm starting back slowly.

This week, I'm gunning for that 250 mark! And weighing/measuring everything... I've become pretty lax about portion size, which can't be helping.

My goals this week are:

1. Stay below 1800 Cal. (don't go over 2000)

2. Cardio 5 days a week for 30 min.

3. Strengh 5 days a week for about 30 min.(sil I'm living with just bought a bowflex)

4. Drink at least 64 oz of water

I am going to a family reunion in July and I want to get down as much as possible. I am hoping for 10 pounds by July 14, which might be hard considering I am going to Nashville this weekend. I am going to try not to eat to much while I am there.
