Ok I am so back on my diet

I went to the hospital yesterday and when I came home I pigggged out
I ate so much cake and pizza at my neices birthday party that I felt
like yuck.I am starting to feel like eating those so called conforting
foods aren't so comforting!!!!!
Anyhoot I hopped on my "EVIL" scale and there it read 221 OMG how could
I have done this to myself once again thats a 7 lb gain in a little over
3 weeks.So lastnight I went for a 3 mile walk on the floodwall and said
tomyself I am starting now heck with waiting till I get up!
So here I am and determined like before I dont care what news I get from
the hospital about my mom I will stick to this !!!
Ok I feel better now I am going to get my yummy bannah and slimfast bar
(I am not a breakfast eater but I eat a 1/2 slimfAst meal bar for somewhat
of a breakfast.

Welcome back on the diet wagon. I think it's great that you started yesterday and went for that walk. You are very persistent person and I know you can't ruin all your hard work now. You've already lost a lot and you can lose a lot more. Good luck.. you can do it!

congratulations for starting yesterday.. I think that's a big step.. I would have given myself the permission to eat and do whatever I wanted and started in the morning.
