Plastic Surgery, liposuction, lifts, tucks, you name it.. What if you can afford it? Will you do it?

I don't think either surgery is any bigger a deal than any other surgery. Both seem to be relatively simple procedures. Lift can get a little complicated if you need other things done in order to do the lift! I know 2 people that had both done and both were happy with the results and said it was worth the sacrifice of money, time, and discomfort!

i would want to shed most of the weight myself. because if you get libosuction, they take the fat storing cells of your body out. so if you don't change your eating habits, the fat will go to where there still is the fat storing cells. which can be very odd places. i'd get a tummy tuck to get rid of excess skin. but i'm young and it should, if weight loss is slow enough "bounce" back (that's why you rarely ear of 'arm tucks' but they do happen). I'd get a breast reduction because i already have back problems due to my two lovely ladies and if/when i get skinnier, they'll cause more problems.

The only thing I want done is a breast reduction/lift after I reach my goal. I've always had large breasts (even as a teenager) and they have also been saggy since them (sorry if TMI).

It is my dream to do this!!

Hmm...I would definitely do the tummy tuck if I need it, but that unfortunately would have to wait for a few years until I am done with kids. I hope to have this weight off within the next year or so, but don't plan on another little one for 4-5 years, so I would have to wait until after that, and who knows how I would feel after he/she is born? I'm hoping I wouldn't need a breast lift, but depending on how things come out, I might also go for implants and a lift. I think I'm the only one who even mentioned considering implants, and I don't know that I would do it, it all depends on my breasts. If they stay the same size they have been throughout the years, then no to the implants, but if I lose some in that area, then possibly yes. My chest has been the same size whether I was 50 lbs lighter or 40 lbs heavier, so hopefully it should be fine. My boobs didn't even grow when I was pregnant/trying to nurse!

Wow! You are all so brave to want to nip and tuck away... or else you don't watch the same scary TV shows I do! I do have my doubts about whether my tummy can tuck itself, though, so I *might* consider surgical help on that one, at some point. But NO liposuction. Wasn't there a Twilight Zone episode on that once? Ewwwwww... just ewwwww.

Good question, Mary!

I think if I had the money I would shoot more towards a personal trainer or a weight loss spa(do those exist?) or something like that until I lost the weight, because I have a feeling I would need the surgery AFTER the weight loss (boob lift, stretch marks) Who knows?

I would love to have a boob lift and a tummy tuck.
