hey you guys. i wanted to give you all an update. Well i posted on sunday i think and i weight 210. Well as of today i weigh 204! all i did was start drinking water instead of other crap. i havent really changed my eating, just stopped snacking and i worked out on monday. I think my body is just saying "finally you are moving me!" So this is looking good. It probably just 6 pounds of water weight or something.
