What is your long/short term goal?

Just wondering what everyone has set for their short term goal and for the ultimate goals. How do you plan to reward yourself for meeting your short term goal? How close are you to this goal? Do you have a deadline, or just a goal weight?
Me, I have a goal of 240 by 7/25. Then probably a goal of 230 by 9/12. Those dates are my anniversary and then my birthday. I'll probably get a new outfit for meeting each one. My ultimate goal is either 170 or 180 and seems like it'll be forever to get there, but it'll happen :).
I'm getting kind of impatient, though, because I'm used to seeing a 3-4 lb loss every week when I'm really on program, and this week I've lost about 1/2 lb so far and it's half over! I know that is still a healthy amount to lose and puts me on track to lose 1-2 lbs a week, but I am so not used to this whole slower losing thing. I'm not really discouraged or anything, I think it's more because I have time to sit at home thinking about it all day every day and that's what I do.

My long-term goal is 150ish, and I don't have a date or timeline in mind.
Ultimate goal 160-170 Goals in 25 lb increments. 1st 25 gone I will go bowling, I haven't decided about the rest!

My short term goal was to lose 30 pounds by next Tuesday. I have lost 29.5 so only half a pound by then.
My next goal is going to lose 10% (or 24 pounds which would have me at 220). My date is going to be October 31st. I may have to readjust that time (earlier) but we'll see.
The next short term goal is for me to be 199 by March 1st.
My final goal is to weigh 150.

Personally, when I reach my 10% goal (when I've lost 10% of my starting weight) I am going to treat myself to a manicure. What I am really looking forward to for a short-term goal though is being able to fit into my brand new size 26 jeans that I bought at the end of April, but haven't been able to squeeze into yet. Yet being the key word there.;) I am hoping to reach the 10% mark by August 29th as that will be 16 weeks into my WW program. We shall see what happens.

I don't have a set time limit on reaching any of my goals. I just think it would be disheartening to reach my deadline and not quite be there.
my shortterm goals are 10% of my bodyweight. (28, 25, 23, 21, 18, 17, 14) to reach my ultimate goal of 135. WHEW do I have a long way to go!
I know there will be rewards, I just haven't decided what they are yet.

I had my baby on April 7 and my long term goal is to be in the 130-135 range by the end of the year, which averages to 2 lbs a week.
