What is your long/short term goal?

Just wondering what everyone has set for their short term goal and for the ultimate goals. How do you plan to reward yourself for meeting your short term goal? How close are you to this goal? Do you have a deadline, or just a goal weight?
Me, I have a goal of 240 by 7/25. Then probably a goal of 230 by 9/12. Those dates are my anniversary and then my birthday. I'll probably get a new outfit for meeting each one. My ultimate goal is either 170 or 180 and seems like it'll be forever to get there, but it'll happen :).
I'm getting kind of impatient, though, because I'm used to seeing a 3-4 lb loss every week when I'm really on program, and this week I've lost about 1/2 lb so far and it's half over! I know that is still a healthy amount to lose and puts me on track to lose 1-2 lbs a week, but I am so not used to this whole slower losing thing. I'm not really discouraged or anything, I think it's more because I have time to sit at home thinking about it all day every day and that's what I do.

My short term goal was to get to 200lbs.. which ironically is the same number as my second 10% of body weight. The deadline was this summer by vacation time (which was supposed to be in July). Lucky me, we postponed our vacation to August, so I can still bust my tail to reach that goal. Actually I just started a very restrictive diet to jump start weight loss again and I feel I may reach this goal in time. The reward was the actual vacation and TTC.
My long term goal is to get down to 165 lbs. That's what I weighed during college and until when I got married. I felt great at this weight. After that I might get down to 150? 150 is the upper limit of my 'healthy weight' and would put me at BMI of 25. I am not sure yet.. will have to see when I get there.

long term goal is to be down to 200 lbs by May 10, 2007 (my birthday- will be 35 yrs old)
my reward will be to get a babysitter for the weekend, and me and DH will go to a local hotel for the weekend

my short term goal was to be down to 300 by July 1st but seeing as that will probably not happen (i weighed in yesterday at 311 again, and it is highly unlikely that i will lose 11 lbs this week, unless i starve myself)
I am making a new goal... to lose 10 lb by August 1st

Short Term Goals:
I am rewarding myself for every 10 pounds lost.
My next one will be 208, I will get a manacure, then 198 will get a pedicure, 188 I haven't decided yet, 178 will be 50 pounds lost and I am planing on getting a massage.
Long Term goal is 140 and I will get a new tattoo.
This hotel looks amazing! I especially like the Casino Royale room. Talk about luxurious! Wow!

hey all - right now I'm at 250 myself - and aiming to lose around 10lbs per month...but have set myself the goal of 200 by christmas!
And hopefully 240 by graduation (which is in three weeks!)
