List your new goals for the week..

I have 1 goal this week: To stick to my very low calorie diet this week. I need to jump start weight loss again. If I stick to it all week, I'll have a piece of cheesecake in the weekend :)

If I can stick to exercise weekdays, then it's a bonus.. I'll have a cinnamon roll

OK I know you're not supposed to

It's OK to have a food reward, as long as you don't go overboard...You know a piece of cheesecake is good, a whole cheesecake is BAD *lol*

My goal this week is to stick to my points...Last week was bad, I did not even weigh myself for fear of the gain.

Friday is my weigh day and so far Fri, Sat & Sun I did really good with my points....

I can't even set a goal to go to the gym now, because I know I will fail...just do not have the time.

My goals this week are once again to work out every day for at least 20 minutes (10 on exercise bike) and to lose 2 lbs.

I actually did the exercise thing last week. I am so amazed! I think I more days last week than I ever have.

Good luck on keeping with your diet this week! I think that just knowing you can have what you really want at the end of the day or week is a great motivator, too. Shoot, in some ways, that's what every day is for me. I don't call my chocolate or smores or ice cream a "reward", but I work it into my calories for the day it's what I allow myself to have for sticking to my low cal diet all day, and I do practice portion control with it, too. And, doing that has kept me from going completely overboard. Knowing that I can have my half a blizzard or my smore or few squares of dark chocolate makes it a lot easier to say no to potato chips or eating junk food that I don't really love and keeps me from just mindlessly eating when I'm not hungry because I don't want to waste my treat calories. Keep us updated and let us know how that cheesecake tastes at the end of the week!

My one change for the week is to have a salad and/or soup for one meal a day.

I need to get back on track with the stairs.
