Getting back on track......

OK, I fell off the wagon some time ago. I wasn't feeling well, emotionally, and was just having no luck in staying motivated. Well, I found myself back up to 261.5 as of Monday morning. I still haven't been able to exercise this week (I've been at work until 9 or 9:30 every day so far), but am hoping to start this back up soon. As of this morning, I'm down to 256.5, so I'm pretty happy about that. Can't wait to see what happens when I start exercising again.....

Welcome back Allie!!

Congrats on getting your butt back into gear and losing those pounds. It's great that you managed to get back on track early before those few pounds start to add up and the whole thing gets overwhelming. It is good that you are conscious that the scale went up and you did something about it fast (unlike me who would've gone into denial about it and blamed my 'broken' scale LOL)

I know what you mean about exercise.. I slacked off lately and I'm not motivated enough to get back on track. It's just so frustrating to see the scale go up as a reward for exercise
