"Remind me" time...

Time for me to remind myself how worthwhile this effort is, and your help is more than welcome.
The only improvement I have noticed so far is more energy!!

The major things I notice are:
1. my attitude is much better
2. I have more energy
3. I feel even more encouraged to keep going
4. I can handle my emotional issues much better
5. DH enjoys being around me much more (I can be pretty hard to live with when I'm hating myself)
Positive changes
Negative changes
Things I've noticed:
1. My jeans keep falling off (this is both good and bad as they are my only pair that I can get into right now.)
2. When I drink all my water and lay off the soda, my ankles and feet don't swell up.
3. (a negative, but not too bad I guess) My grocery bill has gone up. Ya ever notice that cheap food is very rarely healthy food?
4. I can fit into a restaurant booth at most places now.
Things I'm looking forward to once I've reached my goal weight:
1. Going to an amusement park (Disneyland or Magic Mountain) and riding the roller coasters. (And any of the other rides that I want to)
2. Buying my clothes from the "normal size" section of the store.
3. Water skiing
4. Going for a walk and not getting winded
