Okay, I'm really bored out of my mind so I've been cruising different diet & fitness articles and thought I would share :).

This one's just a reminder of things most of us already know and do:

Finally, this one's about the ever popular battle with the scale:

I know, isn't it? It's taken me years to find this happy medium in the dieting world. I used to go wayyyy too low on calories, then binge for a day or two, then way too low, then give up. Then I used to eat too many foods that always made me overeat. Now I seem to have figured something out and am on day 21 with no going over on the calories!!! I've never done that before. I think one time I read that the more times you diet and fail, the more likely you are to succeed the next time and I think it's from the learning process you go through each and every time.
