Can you tell I'm proud of myself?

Friday we stopped at MD's drive through for 'breakfast' and dh insisted I have something. He ordered a beefburger for me. Well.. I didn't eat it. I told him I wasn't craving it and I didn't eat it.

Yesterday he wanted to order out and kept asking me what to have. Now I know he's feeling guilty to eat without me, so I told him that he shouldn't feel guilty and that I really didn't want that.

Geez I wish I had that willpower when it come to eating out. I had EVERY intention of not eating fast food this weekend, but yesterday I was SOOO hungry and it was like 7 pm by the time we ate supper that I had to have something, and well let's just say I thought I was doing okay, not good but okay, boy was I wrong. I WILL NEVER eat out at burger king again!! Their food is so high in calories and fat that it ain't even funny. BUT it was still okay I just have to be EXTRA good and cautious today so that I don't go over my calorie/fat range.

Job well done for you!!!

Thanks ladies, it felt good to brag about LOL

And Staci, no I didn't have that cheesecake.. I had an impulse for something else. We went to the movies and you know how people have this bad habit of munching on that popcorn? I munch on M&M's (no kidding)... anyways 800 calories later I called it a day and that was my reward. Felt goooood and best of all: guilt free. And you know what? The calories for the whole day were around 1,900... not bad
