Now I finished the crazy first week. Actually Saturday was supposed to be fruits day again

Good luck to you on the low cal. congratson the 2.2, I was expecting more from the description in your journal but like you said you may be bloated. Good luck to you!!! I admire your strength to keep going!!

I'm so glad you figured out your plan :). How long do you plan to stay at 800-1000 calories? Are you still sticking to mostly fruits and veggies? What's your next treat you have planned :)?

LOL Angela.. yeah it should show a 10lb loss or something LOL... but I just updated the journal and I did up the calories for the last 3 days.


But really for someone who normally loses 0.5 a pound or less per week.. losing 2.2 lbs is a big deal! it's almost 5 weeks of work! Above all.. that's 3 weeks of straight losing instead of the terrible losing and gaining the same 3lbs. I also lost 1.5 inches from my waist and 0.5 from my hips.. not bad :)

How long will I stay on it? I have no idea.. I am just taking it one week at a time :) When I feel I can't go on anymore I'll up the calories.


Yes I'm getting down to the basics..going for mostly fruits & vegetables.. plus dairy (mainly skimmed milk and FF yogurt).. and lean meat (for dinner) and
