Has anyone else here watched the documentary film "Supersize Me" ? I just watched it this weekend, and it really shed some much-needed light on the fast-food industry and what all that junk food can do to your body in a relatively short amount of time. If you haven't seen the movie yet, rent it tonight and watch!! I was floored by the results of this experiment.

I've wanted to see this movie for awhile. It's about a guy that eats only fastfood ( I think mcdonalds specifically) like 3 times a day and seeing how his health deminishes.

le duh his health will be worse. what i can't believe is that someone would actually WANT to do that to their body. and for what? money. we all know that eating that crap 3 times a day would be HORRID for your body. someone just monopolized on the idea and sold it. IF it were to be a REAL experiment, you need an unbias scientific study done with researches doing an experiment that's unbeknowest to them what findings are sought after. not one specifically aimed at the wretched effects a fast food ONLY diet would do to you. how realistic is that? 3 times a day at fast food only... i know some people that eat it a lot, but not three times a day everyday. he aimed for a specific result and of course reached it = bias towards result. sorry.. things like that erk me a tad bit.
