I'm here...I have been following Weight Watchers on and off for the past 1 1/2 years, but on consistantly since February of the year.
My hair is dark blonde, shoulder length with bangs.(see the picture I posted below). I used to be a strawberry blonde and I MISS the red I had, but I slowly lost as thru my 30's.I still kinda had it in my wedding pics.
Sara no specific plan, which is probably why i've been stuck at 311 for the last 4-6 weeks...
my hair is brown, and the style has been the same for the last 3 yrs... long and 99% of the time it is up in a ponytail. I would love to change it but wanna wait til my face gets slimmer before i decide.
Hi, Angela from lower Alabama here. 30 married with 3 kiddos (dd12 dd5 and ds2), 2 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rabbits, 3 fish, and a 17 yr old nephew living with us to so we have a HOUSE FULL!!!
Plan: counting fat and calories have lost 9.6 lbs & 14.25 inches in 8 weeks.
hair color and style: blondish brown, style is shoulder length for now with layers. I usually pull it back in a bun just to get it off my neck and shoulders. I was thinking when I get past the 10 lb mark to have it cut off but dh doesn't like that idea so haven't decided if it would be worth the fight or not yet.
Hi, I'm Angie. I'm 24 from VA, with a 3 year old, a bratty fiance, and a bad goldfish!
I have been eating a lot more veggies, fruits, and water, and am seriously trying to stay away from soda, chocolate, and Taco Bell (all my additctions!). I am down to 261 and have stayed this weight for almost a week.
My hair is forever changing. Ever since I was 16, I have been dying my hair. My natural color is light blond (which it is now) and it is short-ish but am thinking about dying it soon to a chestnut auburn, my favorite haircolor on myself. I am also trying to let it grow out after having a bad hack job done on my hair..so in the future it will be chestnut auburn and long. Ahh..can't wait...
I am still here and will continue to be with all of you till I lose the last pound before getting to 140lbs.
This weekend I misbehaved but am back to normal now. My extra busy schedule is my enemy... I was so frustrated because of not having enough time to study for interim exams that I just didn't know what to do and ATE to soothe my frizzled nerves. I don't torture myself though with guilt as I exercised really hard on Saturday and also climbed the nearby mountain. I am back to my low calorie diet and feel empowered.
Also this weekend my lovely niece&nephew and SIL are coming from London for 2 months. I have to be in good shape when I meet them in the airport.
I am following my own plan, which is pretty much calorie counting/food exchange. I aim for no less than 1500 calories/day and no more than 1800.
My hair is a light auburn color and I wear it naturally curly just past shoulder length. I doubt I'll be changing it anytime soon since it's been like this for years, although I may dye it soon or get a trim.
my name is audrey!! i'm counting calories and was pretty hard core gym everyday for at least an hour, but because of my new extremly busy semester, i'm unable to accomplish that. so i've hid my car keys, and if it's possible i walk.
my hair style is um.. razor layered cut above the shoulder with huge swoop bangs that i adore. the color is currently.. umm screwy? i had huge dark brown chunks put in in january. they're about 5 inches grown out. i've dyed it blonde on top of that. and then some bleach highlights on those. i'm trying to go to my natural blonde color.. i don't know if i like it though because it's not bright enough for me. but my hair is always changing, i'll grow it out to the middle of my back and hack it off to above my shoulders. i have really thick hair so it's nice in the Yooper winters but horrid in the summer.
My name is Jen, I'm married 13 years with 3 kids dd 12, ds 10 and dd 2. I am still here, although I haven't done anything with my weightloss. Well ok I have been reading the boards and have cut out my soda. My hair is past shoulders, wavy brown, with the greys popping up. So I will dye it sometime.
