My name is Adria and I've been coming to this board for about a year but I didn't start posting anything until about 2 months ago. I have been eating 1400 calories a day and I joined a gym a little over a week ago. I worked out with a personal trainer and I am sooooooo sore. I haven't lifted weights in years!
As for my hair right now it is honey blond with light golden blond highlights, layered, naturally curly and about halfway down my back. A couple of months ago it was very light blond and down to my waist. About a month ago it was medium brown. In a couple of months it will probably change again. I've had my hair just about every length and color possible.
Mary here.. Been married for almost 4 years and have a 2 yo son. I've been around for a year.. losing a bit then maintaining a lot. I count calories and focus on choosing healthier food. Right now I'm trying to shake things up a bit to lose again so I'm going on a very low calorie diet (800 - 1,000) and restricting pasta, rice, bread, and processed sugar.
I have dark brown hair that covers my back. It's naturally very wavy. I always wear it down, wavy in the weekends and straight on weekdays (the wavy look is too wild for the office LOL). I don't want to change anything about it.
Hi I am here. I am trying right now to eat healthier and exercise.
Ok my hair is Brownish Red (yuck my roots are showing...lol), its style is all one length in a bob style cut a little past my shoulders. I am trying very hard not to cut my hair right now. I want to get a little more length....but it might be time for a touch up of my color (which is close to my natural color but with a few more red highlights and less gray)
Hi! Yes, I'm still here. Just lurking quite a bit the past few weeks. I follow Weight Watchers- have been since about the beginning of May of this year. Though I have been having a hard time sticking to my diet the past little while. (I've missed the past 2 weeks of meetings, but I hope to go back this coming Tuesday night)
I have kind of dark reddish blonde hair that is just long enough to put up in a pony tail. (Finally!) I often think about dyeing my hair again. I have in the past (many different colors). I've had black hair, purple, burgundy, brown, red, blonde, even had black hair with dark purple highlights once. Never been blue or green though. I'm thinking of going back to purple or maybe a cherry cola color once I reach my ten percent goal. Kind of a way of celebrating a milestone. And I want to get my nails done.
Oh!! I almost forgot!! This last weekend I got my size 26 jeans on and was able to get them buttoned after about 15 minutes of struggling. Not zipped yet, but just a little closer. Yeah!!
Katherine! I just wanted to say congrats on the size 26's! You'll be wearing them soon! Then they'll be too big for you before long. I know how great that feels and I'm so excited for you!!

Hi Everyone
I am counting calories and trying to exercise more.
My hair is brown and it is a little longer than shoulder length. I am thinking about growing it out.
