This week: Stay below 1600 calories and 50 grams of fat
This month: lose 8 lbs!!

My goals for this week:
Lose 2 more lbs.
Exercise every day (I have now exercised for 15 days straight!).
My goal for this month is to drop 8 lbs and to be able to jog for 10 minutes straight (1 mile) OR do 10 minutes on my stair stepper without stopping. I don't know how much jogging I'm going to be able to get in since it's so hot outside when I am able to go by myself, so I figure if I can do 10 minutes on the stair stepper, I know I can do 10 minutes of jogging.
