I took my dd to ballet/tap and while she did her class, I went on the cross-trainer and did about 35 minutes, burning 500 calories.

Keep up the good work! But I think you might want to have the doctor check out why your feet were falling asleep while excercising. That isn't normal hon. I weigh about 339 lbs. myself, and while obviously I get winded and such from mild excercising, my feet don't fall asleep from walking on them. They just wind up hurting sometimes. Wishing you the best of luck with your new lease on the world.
