Eat 1800-2100 calories per day. Space my calories better throughout the day. I have a bad habit of only eating 600-900 calories from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and then eating the other 900 from 5-10 p.m. I need to space them out so I am eating more with my day time meals. Continue exercising daily and average at least 30 minutes exercise for every day this week. Lose 2 more lbs or 1% body fat. Try eggplant or a different healthy food :).
I only have 1 goal this week and that is NOT TO GAIN!!! The scale shows a 2-3 lb gain but I am still praying that it is water rentention!! Please let that be all it is!!

Ok, my goal is to get down to 198lbs on my new scale and 193 lbs on my old scale (why did I get the new scale? :)).
