Goals for the week--7/17/06

So, what are your goals for this week?

Mine are:
1) Lose 2 lbs or 1% body fat.
2) Exercise every day and get at least 315 minutes for the week (averages to 45 minutes per day).
3) Stick to my eating plan every day. I think I will aim for one at least 3000 calorie day and one 1300 calorie day, just to keep things mixed up.

My goals are


1. 1,800 calories a day


2. Cardio Mon. thru Fri.


3. Weight Training Mon. thru Fri.


4. No more than 30% fat


5. At least 64 oz of water.


6. At least lose the weight I gained during my vacation (get back down to 216).

My goals for this week are:



  1. Exercise 5x

  2. Yo-yo the daily calories and average around 1,300 for the week

  3. Not to blow it this weekend. I have an extended weekend Thursday-Sunday and we're travelling to dh's family. This usually turns to be a huge shopping spree with some family gatherings. I will plan better this time and bring healthy snacks instead of getting hungry and going for quick fixes.

Last week I did Ok with my goals. I exercised 4x instead of 5x but this is still good. And I also kept the calories down. I lost some inches too.. but nothing on the scale though

I've revised my goals for the week. My new one:

DON'T THROW THE SCALE OUT THE BATHROOM WINDOW!

LOL! I don't know why I torture myself, but I weighed in this morning and I was back up to 239.5! Arrgh! That's a 2 lb gain because I had actually dropped to 237.5 YESTERDAY morning. Okay, I'm better now.

My goals for this week:
1. Lose 2.8 lbs (that will bring me to an even 15 pound weight loss total.)

2. Drink at least 6 glasses of water per day and no sodas (not even diet ones as they tend to make me retain water.)

3. Excercise (any form, but most likely will be walking around the neighbourhood) at least three times this week for at least 30 minutes each time.

4. Find other things to do with my time besides stuffing my face.
