Well, I have spent the summer maintaining my weight and dress size. I am reading the Molly Fox book on Yoga and weight lose. I really do like Yoga, I just find the motivation lacking. I plan on working on that motivation part this week. I will just have to make myself accountable. Is there anyone that wants an enternet/Yoga/weightlose partner? I do know that with the Yoga added, I will be able to burn more calories during the day and feel better about myself.

I wish I had your confidence and motivation...LOL the first position I wasn't able to get into I would have probably thrown the DVD across the room and left it there!! Glad to see you are looking forward to continuing and not giving up!! Good for you!!

I did get a movie theater popcorn yesterday, with butter. I did only get a small and I had a bottle of water with it. What do you think? Maybe next time I'll get it with 1/2 butter.

Hi and welcome to the board. I think it's great the you managed to maintain your weight for the summer. I now wish you luck in the journey of weight loss. I never tried to do yoga before.. I don't think I'm built for those positions LOL... But I applaud you for the great job you're doing. Soon enough you'll be able to do all the positions.
