Since this is my first week I am going to start off a little slow. My goals for the week are to:
- Walk 30 mins at least 3 mornings before work this week (did this today already - yay!) and take the stairs - Drink at least 3 bottles of water daily - Eat balanced meals, about 1500 calories a day - Lose 1 pound by next Sunday.
1. Eat 5 fruits/veggies daily. 2. stop being so lazy and get my butt on the treadmill 3x. 3. Get my husband's lazy butt on the treadmill 3x. 4. journal EVERYthing.
Exercise every day, average at least 45 minutes total per day. Lose 2lbs or 1% body fat. Continue incorporating new foods into my diet.
So far I have tried: salmon (have had it 2xs now) broccoli (have eaten it countless times on my "pizzas") tilapia (made fish tacos, pretty good, doesn't have much taste itself) nectarines (pretty good, like the texture better than peaches) corn tortillas (still don't really like them and they really aren't worth it to me to continue eating)
I also don't know about the exercise every day thing, because I have my IUD implanted on Wednesday afternoon, and I know a few women who had discomfort after getting it done, especially while walking/being physical. So, if that happens, I may have to take Thursday off, but I will probably still try to get at least a short walk in.
To exercise at least 3x this week! That is my biggest struggle when it comes to losing weight. It's already Tuesday and I haven't done anything so far besides walking the mall for 45 min last night. I really want to move up to 5x a week, but this week's goal will be 3. If I can get in that habit, I'm hoping I can move up.
I vow to get my butt back into great this week.
My goals for this week are:
1. Make it to the gym M-Th
2. Do our 5K training on Monday and Thursday
3. Loose 3 lbs.
4. Get my husband to eat some veggies, other than beans!!
Have an awesome Monday everyone!
