Well, my plans for the day are to: stick with my eating plan I made yesterday and get at least 1 hour of walking in. Today is a food day here at work, so it may be a bit difficult, but I know I can stick wiht my eating plan. I have a Dr.s appiontment for Kylie at 2:30 and one for me at 4:00, so I have a couple healthy snacks that I can throw in my purse and take with me, so I shouldn't have a problem there, either.

Fish for dinner for me, too! I know the menu at the restaurant we're going to, and they have a delicious grilled trout entree. I WILL be having a bit of cheese, too, though, in the equally delicious salad. And staff meeting today where our lovely director always provides lunch (he's VERY hospitable). I don't know what that will be, but portion control is my best bet there. Fruit, fruit, fruit for breakfast and maybe a pre-dinner snack (to help with portion control again). And LOTS of water!!!!!

Stepped on the scale this morning... 259.5. Yikes! Even with "water weight", that's pretty over the top. Time to get serious again! Friday will be my all-fruits-and-vegetables day, but I need to find a way to get in some exercise and control the food I'm taking in as best I can until then... wish me luck!

Well lets see I got up at 11 am because I stayed up until 3 am. Then at about noon my mom brought me McDonalds Hamburger and Fries for lunch....great. Then I plan to work from 2 pm to 10 pm at the Shelter and hopefully get an hour walk in afterwards to make up for that horrible lunch. As far as dinner goes I will try to make a healthier choice and better portion size.

Goals for today:

Work-out- done this morning- 30 mins on the elliptical- breaking a major sweat!
Protien filled breakfast-done
Eating a small "meal every 3 hours"_ Missed my mid- morning "meal- because I waas still full from breakfast
Major goal- East healthy tongiht- we are going out to dinner with my husband's cousin, and I have no clue where- so no idea what the menu holds.

Get some sleep- mainly fall asleep before the DH ;)
