Fighting the urge!

Okay, so I'm really fighting the urge to binge today. I think it's a combination of being sleep deprived and not having my soda to drink. Oh, that and being chained to my desk and looking for something to pass the time. I had my plan made up yesterday of food I was going to eat, then switched it up some this morning, deciding to elminate a couple of things. Well, I ate everything I had planned for and was doing fine until about 6:30 p.m. Then I went through my last 2 snacks in a very short period of time and wanted more. My tummy was hurting from being outside in the heat, and the eating made it feel better, so I had one more snack. I've stopped at that, but I really need to not get into the habit of eating like that. I've done so good for so long, I don't want to start back sliding now. I know I can beat this, but if anyone notices me sliding again, please, kick me in the rear!

I understand where you're coming from.. you start with one slip.. then you tell yourself it's ok since it's once and you've been doing so good.. then another.. then another.. and next thing you know you're completely off track and having a daily *treat*. So yeah I understand your concern


But hey.. you stopped at one additional snack and was smart enough to realise what was happening and to stop it. That's success in my book.


I think you're doing a wonderful job overall.. your dedication inspires me. Keep it going
