i need a swift kick in the butt... i do well with my eating for a couple of days and then BAM... i'm shoveling food down my throat, regardless of whether i am hungry or not.. UGRRHH..

i'm just plain old LAZY too. it's been so hot an humid lately i don't dare try to go for a walk outside wiht the kids. plus the back wheels on the stroller have been broken for about 2 weeks and we just got the new-replacement wheels this weekend, so i'll try to be better about it.

I am working 48+ hrs a week, so that is a big pain, but we need the $$.

DH will be gone this week travelling from Wisonson to Boston, to deliver some custom built cabinets that his boss made. so he'll be gone from Monday thru late Thursday night.
they are paying him $1200.00 to make the delviery so i guess me being alone all week is worth it.

DD just turned 2 1/2 on August 1st and she is offficially potty trained. (except at night)
YIPPEE..
DS (13 1/2 months) just started walking and is teething again, so has been waking up 2-3x each night.. urggh..

ok.. i'll quit complaining and making excuses now...

First of all--Congrats on the pottie training!!!! That's a huge thing to have behind you. How proud your little girl must be. (That and a new walker, oh boy!)

Have you tried one of the multivitamins for weight loss like ONe-a-day weight smart? I'm not big on any of those appetite suppressants, but I do think a multivitamin is important when you're cutting calories. This kind usually includes chromium picolinate which helps with cravings, especially for sweets. I notice a huge difference in my desire to "pick" when I forget to take it.

Hang in there. It's a new week! All the best, Annie

Hey it is okay to whine and complain sometimes. All of us need it sometimes....I could go on and on tonight myself what with DH being sick again, open house at schools and awful traffic, but I will spare ya the details...LOL I am just too tired to type that much!! LOL

Good luck, and be careful in the heat, it has been hot and humid here in Bama too so I understand!!

Congrats on potty training and good luck with the baby walking!!
