My goal is to make it to the park and walk three laps each day of the week. And, to do my other exercises (situps, leg lifts, etc.) each week day.

Well, I am aiming to get a 6 mile walk in on one day (all at once). I am seriously considering walking a half marathon in November, so I need to work on my endurance. Other than that, my goals are about the same:
Lose 1.5 lbs.
Exercise at least 6 days.

Am waiting for the bloat to go away too!! I really hate that! But anyway.. this week I am adding in an exercise tape to my usual routine (I've been doing 1.3 to 2.0 mile walks every day with my kids and dog.. we live by a mountain so its uphill/downhill so its a great workout) This week it will be the Firm Cardio sculpt every other day. I got the fanny lifter plus the 3 tapes on clearance for $20 last week at Ulta of all places.
