I want to get back to 210 by the end of this week (I am bloated so this is doable). I need major willpower not to pig out for the rest of the week. What's up with vacations? How come you just give yourself a green light to do whatever while on vacation?

My goal is to make it to the park and walk three laps each day of the week. And, to do my other exercises (situps, leg lifts, etc.) each week day.

Well, I am aiming to get a 6 mile walk in on one day (all at once). I am seriously considering walking a half marathon in November, so I need to work on my endurance. Other than that, my goals are about the same:

Lose 1.5 lbs.
Exercise at least 6 days.

Ok get this. I started back to work today (education) and my coworkers have already had a working lunch and breakfast, at Village, Inn is schedualed in the morning. My goal is to go through the whole week without eating out. My goal is to eat breakfast every morning, 6:00am, and take my lunch with me. I will go to these working freakout sessions, but I will only order Coffee.

My goal is to work on adding fiber and reducing fat--especially saturated fat. I've been doing pretty well in terms of exercise and calorie intake, and instead of moving to something more extreme that might make me drop weight faster I'm going to concentrate on improvements that can be more long-range. Am waiting for the bloat to go away too!! I really hate that! But anyway.. this week I am adding in an exercise tape to my usual routine (I've been doing 1.3 to 2.0 mile walks every day with my kids and dog.. we live by a mountain so its uphill/downhill so its a great workout) This week it will be the Firm Cardio sculpt every other day. I got the fanny lifter plus the 3 tapes on clearance for $20 last week at Ulta of all places.
