Angela, I think it sounds like you are on track, you're just not moving atthe speed you'd like. Once you get the school routine going again you'll feel more control. (Maybe your puppy will too. LOL) Great news about the no-migraine-zone! Hang in there! Annie

Angela-

Hooray for being happy!! I was struggling for a while, but something/someone finally kicked my butt back into gear. It sounds like in addtion to being happy, you have a few stressors in there- which I know cause me to fall off track. Hang in there- sounds like you are doing an awesome job mainitaining! Good for you! Enjoy your classes and the fact that you have such a supportive husband!! Have a wonderful week!

How can I help?

I'll never forget how you kicked my butt straight into the pool when I was wavering.

Ahhh Swimming how I wish I had the time to go now. That would help a lot but with the kids, and school and job hunting there is no time! I need to concentrate on my water for now. Need to get my 64 oz a day back and then will work toward food again. Leave exercise for last, since i am short on time and everytime I get into a routine I get sick in some way and have to stop!!! ARRGGGHHH exercise is supposed to make you better isn't it?
