I noticed a lot of us are dusting ourselves off and jumping back on the wagon this week... Anybody else care to start or re-start? Remember that it is never too late to jump back on.. today is a perfect day to do this.
I'll join you! I haven't had too many problems, but lately I just feel....well, apathetic to the whole thing. I haven't struggled too much, but I haven't been as faithful in my planning as I should be, and I haven't made exercise as much of a priority. Sure it's great if I'm doing 6 or 8 miles some days, but I need to do my other workouts, too, to get the cross training in.
I'm in! Last week was my TOM and I know I let more salty and fatty foods slip in which took my focus away from nutritious foods, screwed up my digestive system, and left me feeling even more bloaty. I did well with exercise, but probably hit break even given the extra calories. I have to stick to what works for me! Good luck guys! Annie
Hi there - I am back on track today (Thank GOD!!!) Hopefully, I can keep it that way. It's so hard everyday is a struggle. I was going to try and go back to the gym today, but I think I will wait until I quit coughing a little (I have broncitis going on week #2 now). Thanks a bunch!!
I am so in. I have let birthday and new job celebrations and emotional issues get in my way the last few weeks, and I am ready to get serious and treat my body the way it deserves to be treated.
