This week set one goal where you give it 100% of your efforts. This can go alongside what you normally do, but for this specific goal you'll have to stick to it to the end. It can be something new or you can kick something into higher gear (even for the week only)

My goal, I am starting over.....so my first goal is to get back to drinking 64 oz of water a day. I intend to be back there by the end of the week. Then I will concentrate harder on my eating next week!!

My goal is to get my calories back in check! I usually aim for between 1100 and 1300/day and watched them creep up to 1400 and 1500 and 1600 last week. My metabolism can't afford it. (I was maintaining 252 with an average of 1600 - 1800 per day so I have to remember what sort of metabolism I'm dealing with. Makes me laugh when I read something that estimates that I need 3000+ per day to maintain this weight. Not my apparently very efficient body!) Good luck to all with your goals! Annie 252/236/156.5

I would say my goal would be to get a little exercise in everyday. I haven't been able to exercise because I have broncitis, but even 10 min. of walking would do me good. So hopefully I'll be able to keep this goal. Take Care, Jena 395-310-175

Last week I said my goal was to take lunch to work everyday. I succeeded!
My goal for this week is to journal every bite I put in my mouth. I think I can, I think I can, I will!

It's kinda late, but I finally made up my mind for a good goal. No sweets for the rest of this week. I've eaten my share of bonbons, cake, chocolate, puddings that could last me for a few months LOL.. so from now on I'm regaining control
