Hi There - My name is Jena and I'm sorry you are having a rough time with bingeing. I have also had a hard time with bingeing at night. What has been my saving grace is to eat 3/4 c. whole grain cereal and 1/2 c. 1% milk 30 min. before bed. This kind of fills me up so I don't overeat at night and it's healthy and low-fat. I second Jena's idea.. if you want to binge, binge on something healthy. And if you're looking for volume, try microwave 92% popcorn.. even if you eat the whole bag it's not a disaster when it comes to calories, but it's a lot of food to be munched.
