Wednesday check in.. who's on track?

Who's still recommitted? Who wants to stay on track today? It's as easy as that.. you just need to get through today and we'll think about tomorrow when it gets here.


Even if you got off track for the last 2 days.. today is a perfect day to recommit.


I have a strong resolution to exercise today.. I need to get that exercise ticker moving!! I also had a great breakfast and a great lunch and I even plan to have a healthy snack when I get home so I don't overdo it at dinner time. And no sweets!!

Hi There - I am on track now since yesterday - YIPPEE GO ME!! I am going back to the gym today after missing two weeks due to being sick with broncitis. I feel much better now. I hope I can make it through another day today. Take Care, Jena 395-310-175

You're so motivational this week! :)

I'm still doing good. I followed my planned lists of food yesterday and Monday and am on track so far today, too. I even managed to get an extra bit of exercise in by doing my bike last night for 15 minutes at a pace of 22 mph! I started thinking "just 10 minutes", then got going and remembered how good it felt, so decided to go for 20 or 30 minutes, but DF called and then the baby was crying (she rolled over!!) so I only got the 15 minutes, but I'm still proud :).

Still at it. I have not eaten lunch out this week and I have journaled everything.

Good until today, when lack of sleep and general chaos got the better of me on the exercise front.
