What exercise are you getting in today?

Hi Everybody - I'll start....I just got to go to the gym after two weeks of not going due to having broncitis. I really missed it. I used to hate to exercise, but now I enjoy it - go figure. I did 30 min of walk on the treadmill at a pace that is pretty fast for me and 30 min of strength training on the weight machines. Good Luck, Jena 395-310-175


Well, I'm planning on at least 3-15 minute walks while at work, and maybe even my exercise bike tonight. My goal is to burn at least 450 more calories today to bring my monthly total up to 11,000.
