Hi Sara! I'm sorry you are having a rough time right now. The best advice I can give you is to have a snack of 3/4 c. cereal and 1/2 c. 1% milk 30 min before you go to bed. For me that keeps me from bingeing at night. Another thing I do is munch on low-fat popcorn. They have those little snack bags for only 100 calories. Hope this helps and I have you have an easier day today.

One thought for you.. maybe you need to add some protein in your meals to keep you satisfied longer? Or higher fiber maybe?
Or you can try a herbal tea or something like that? (I am an herbal tea addict and it takes a while to finish, so I am usually not thinking about food afterwards)
