Ah crap! I'm 43 and now I'm part of the"older people" group. Gees, whatever happened to middle age! Thanks for the tip Misha. With fall around the corner it's the perfect tea time! Annie

I always knew I was older than my age......LMAO

I already figured it out on my own that tea was rehydrating, that is ALL my dad will drink and he is never dehydrated so.......how could it be dehydrating?? and Tea will quench my thirst where water does not, so I guess I haven't been doing so bad after all considering I have been drinking more and more tea as time as went by rather than soft drinks. We go out to eat, i order tea unless I know their tea is nasty then I get a coke but still. Thanks for the validation!!

Not to mention Ds dr told me that tea was just as good as water for him since he wouldn't drink water and can't drink Kool-aid even if it is sugar- free!!
