Oh My Aching Muscles!!!

Boy oh Boy do my muscles hurt this morning after my workout yesterday. I guess not going to the gym for two weeks has caught up with me. Today I'm going to try to walk for 60 min. and do 30 min of strength training on the weight machines. Yesterday I did great eating wise so I am back on track for 2 days now. I feel so much better physically. I just hope I can keep it up. It's a daily struggle for me to eat healthy and not binge. Anyway, take care of yourselves.
