Ok. I've been doing SOOOOOO good on this diet. I have not slipped once! Not once. And i've been on it now for nearly 2 months without ONE MISTAKE!! But I'm just now starting to go nuts. These past three days have been hell. H E L L! I don't know what's going on with me, but I'm soooo hungry for everything I can't have. You know, chocolate, watermellon, strawberries, bread, spaghetti noodles, mac and cheese PIZZA! I've kept my body free of it all so far, but it's getting so hard! What does everyone else do to keep themselves on track? I can't go off of this diet or I'll go out of Ketosis and I'm doing soooooo good! ahhhhhhh

I just read an article that I found interesting, though I'm not sure how much to believe.

It talked about the difference between men and women when they diet.

Hi There - It sounds like you may be on Atkins??? Well, I was thinking why don't you get a low-carb candy bar or sugar-free candy. They are pretty good and may satisfy your cravings. I've found that if I totally put a food off limits then the more I am going to want to eat it. Just have a little taste of whatever you are craving, but just don't go crazy. This too shall pass. Hope this helps!

That would be a great idea if I was on Atkins, but I'm not.

"chocolate, watermellon, strawberries, bread, spaghetti noodles, mac and cheese PIZZA"

That's why I love weight watchers so much...I eat all of the above in moderation and I still lose weigh. I also don't call it a diet I call it a way of life.

I really do not think it matters what plan you are on. Weight Watchers, Atkins, gastric bypass, calorie counting, South Beach...I know that cravings happen to everyone, physical or emotional.
So with that just know I am now sending my support and prayers that you make it through this hard time.
I'm not proselytizing, if you knew me you would diffently know that, but I have a friend that has HUG trials in life and one day I asked how do you get through it and do it with such grace. She just looked at me and said "God would never give me anything that I couldn't handle." She even said that gracefully.
