I know (too well) how challenging certain foods can be. I try not to think of the foods as bad but as something I shouldn't have too much of and should be coupled with something not so fat and calorie laden. (I keep a plate of cut up veggies in the fridge which is especially good when dinner consists of other finger foods. Some how they are more satisfying and fun than a straight up salad.) You poor thing.. I don't have a problem when dh orders out, but you don't have to torture me and order stuff I like.. that's my rule LOL (doesn't work very well though ROFL)
Don't worry too much about it.. it's over now.. next time try to be prepared a bit.. like eat some healthy food before the pizza arrives so that you don't eat too much pizza KWIM? Or do what I do: diet pop and low fat popcorn.. takes a while to finish and dh is fast with his food and I only get to eat a couple of bites LOL
