Since I sucked big time at this goal last week, I'll set it again this week:
No sweets whatsoever! And this also applies to the M&M's stashed in the drawer because taking 'only 1' every few minutes = eating the whole thing by the end of the day.
If I keep this goal I'll have a nice treat on Saturday.

I am going to give myself a goal of burning at least 3500 calories this week through exercise. I also want to get back to a "normal" menu for me with less junk than I have been having.

My one goal for the week is getting in atlease 64oz of water EVERYDAY.

to get to the gym as much as possible before thursday. because i know when i go to chicago on thursday, there's no way in heck i'm going to be able to eat like i'm suppose to. even though i'm using fitday.com to track things i eat and i don't as much as i think i do. i'm even going to try to hit the gym up twice in one day (like condition myself to go in the morning because it's the only time i can go during this upcoming semester), i'm even going to try and walk there. it's up a road with a .. umm i think 12% grade, which is really steep for roads, at least that's what my engineering professor told me. so it will be a mission.

My goal this week is to exercise 5 days this week.
My secondary goal is to write down everything I eat.
My goal is to get back to writing down everything I eat-along with the points value. I stopped doing this a few weeks ago- and I think that(in combination with missing the gym) sent me into mydownward spiral :) It might be a long list though- I am going to my parent's for the weekend to be in a wedding- and we all know how that equals food. My parentls don't beleive in not keeping crap in the cupboards. SO anyway-- goal= writing down food.
