Well for the first time in a long time I can really say I'm really on track. I've been doing wonderful for a couple of days now food wise. Just focusing on eating plenty of healthy food instead of just focusing on going low calorie with most of the calories coming from junk food.
I also exercised yesterday YAY.. I may catch up with the challenge after all LOL

Well, I'm slacking on my exercise so far today (haven't done any yet!) but I burned about 625 yesterday, so I'll only have to do 15-20 min on the exercise bike to be where i need to be to reach my goal :).
