Of all the crappy advice I heard about weight loss this tops them all:
"Craving tip: If you have a weight loss goal but can't imagine going six weeks without cheesecake, practice this technique that recovering addicts use. Sit for 20 minutes and envision the whole experience of eating the cheesecake or fill-in-your-craving-here. What does it taste like? How does it feel going down your throat? How do you feel afterward? According to Erika, if you think it through, most likely, you won’t want it as much anymore."
I know one thing.. if I sit there for 20 minutes thinking about cheesecake.. as soon as I stand up I'll go grab some cheesecake!! Maybe even more than I originally wanted!




umm ok hypnosis about cheesecake? no thanks i'll eat the cheesecake. and a huge glass of whole milk to wash it down.
