It is gonig to be my month to get back to me. The kids are in their routine, Ds is being kinda a pain somedays but still they are in their routine. Even with parties and dinners out coming up I am going to get back on track. I am going to take care of ME!! Mary just kicked my butt into gear on my other post. I have been down and out for a while lately, I get like that sometimes when my hormones go all over the place but it is time to crawl outta my hole before I gain anything else.
Dh has been doing most of the grocery shopping and I have to put a stop to that first and foremost. I have got to start going grocery shopping myself so I can get all the chicken and good stuff I need and not have the chips, cakes, and candies in the house. I need to go get lots of water and start drinking my 64 oz again EVERYDAY!! I need to just get my mind back into gear and stop forgetting to eat until I am starving to the point of not wanting to stop eating once I start...LOL Yes I have been forgetting to eat til about 1 pm trying to deal with kids and school work. My nerves over my classes got the best of me for a little while but NO MORE!!
SO this is my month to lose a few lbs and get myself back to where I need to be. Just have one question. IF I finally get one of these jobs I am applying for, how do you gals find time to work out while taking care of kids and working??? I am only aiming at 2 to 3 days a week. Start slow so as to not get my breathing started up cuz this is the time of year when the weather can

Yes, it IS going to be your month.

{{{Angela}}} Congratulations on getting back on track! I so hear you on the grocery shopping thing.. let's just say now we have Doritos the could last us for a month LOL
Getting exercise in while you work is a bit tricky but doable.. the best advice I could give you is to get easy with the guilt a bit. I found that the best time that works for me is to exercise right after I get home.. BEFORE I get my ds from my mom's.. that means I have to leave him an additional 20-30 minutes there.. super guilt at the beginning but then when I thought about it.. come on!! It's 20 minutes for heaven's sake!! A good thing is to consider walking in your lunch break if that's an option.. right now it's very hot here and I get so sweaty so I'm not doing this, but I used to do that earlier in the summer and it's great.. also a good break in the day and you return fresh to work.
And if you can't go on a family walk.. who says you can't have that walk alone? It's only 10-15 minutes (and will eventually grow up to 30 minutes but still.. it's ONLY 30 minutes).. look at it this way: sometimes it takes us more to look after stuff at home, or just to relax infront of the tv... and with the exercise out of the way usually we have more energy or at least we have this sense of accomplishment that we're doing something good to ourselves and you know that when you're in an 'up mood' you usually finish the stuff around the house a little faster and you become more pleasant with the kids, etc etc
When you get the job.. don't worry about it.. you'll fit it in
Aiming at my
I sure hope so Mary. But right now my worry is IS ANYONE GOING TO CALL ME BACK on my resume. Geez, I know I haven't worked in a while but I am more than qualified for the jobs I have put in for.
I was up really late doing homework last night, and it got the best of me, I had some doritos...LMAO so my overall calories for yesterday need to be updayed but still just barely over 1600!!
