Hello Cat,
I am happy to meet you. Well I don't think it is grosss of how much you weigh. I am 5 foot 3 and weigh 316lbs at the moment. I was 322 when I started maybe a month ago. This is a nice place to chat about weight loss. I like it here. I am 29 and I have a habbit of eatting sprees esp. when under stress. I get called names all the time and even my dad often jokes and says different neighbors ask if I am pregnant. I think it is nasty. Well Good Luck on your Weight Watchers. I personally have had bad luck with them I failed it 2x . I got better advice here actually.

Yes it is possible and welcome aboard. I wish you the best of luck with weight watchers. I have never really tried them. My mil liked it though.

Ofcourse it's possible!! Welcome to the board Cat.. we're glad you're joining us.

Many ladies here are using WW's and a lot found it to be successful. I hope it works for you.. how did you first meeting go?

Looking forward to knowing you better.

Cat

WW is a great program. Glad to hear you are ready to hop on board. When i was ready to start i was over 300 pounds and my starting weight with WW was 295 which was due to the difference in my scale and theirs. i have been at goal just about 3 years now and live the program. its a great program, a healthy program. you need to take it one step at a time and don't look for any quick fixes, its slow but for the most part steady. yes there are ups and downs, but if you stick with it you will succeed.

Good luck
