I wouldn't sweat it. It sounds more like you're contemplating what will happen when you transition to a less regimented diet. I would guess that actually meeting your goal seems more real with every week that's another big loss. Granola probably registers as "healthy" and maybe even a time beyond your diet in your subconscious. Hang in there! Annie

I hear it happens to some people who quit smoking.. they have dreams that they are smoking and wake up feeling very guilty about it. Not sure where I'm going from there.. but just thought of it as strange.

That is a great advice from your doc, and I plan to use it! It's so hard not to blame the food for making and keeping us fat, isn't it? It's not the food it's how we use it that's the problem. It's one of the reasons I'm trying not to completely eliminate foods this time around. I know you're going to do fine when you get to maintenance. Look how jazzed your sleeping brain is about it already! LOL Annie
