In case you don't know the drill.. we set one goal for this week where we give it 100%.. it could be kicking an old habit, practicing on a new habit, or just kicking something up a bit, or even something crazy you want to try for one week. And it goes along with your normal weight loss goals

Again for the third week.. no sweets during the week and I get 1 treat on the weekend.


First week I did really bad, and last week I did better but with 2 slip-ups.. so this week I'm hoping it will be perfect! I am taming my sugar tooth YAY!!

Mine's a no-brainer this week, although it may take many, many weeks for me to really get this under control:


WATCH THE SODIUM!


I'm convinced that several very-high sodium days were directly responsible for my gain of 2.5 pounds since Friday.

My goal is one of the hardest things I've tried to do, but I am on day 2 without a cigarette, I figure if I'm going for healthy I might as well go all out. All I want to do is eat, so far so good on ignoring it though. Gum is king. At least now my hair smells better.
On a happy note though, my grandma is already out of the hospital after a triple bypass surgery. Most of the family is out there helping out and I've been getting really good reports.

64 oz of water a day. So far yesterday I succeeded and today only have 1.5 bottles to go to get there.

My goal this week is to exercise for 5 days.-this was my goal last week and I only did 2 days, so I will do it this week.


My secondary goals are to journal everything I eat and to drink 64 oz water a day.

I had a bad eatting day labor day. We ate at Mcd's I had the new snack wrap. and a fudge sundae. oh I am so ashamed.

You know Maryanne, for McD's you could have done a lot worse than you did. That was about 660 calories total, which is substantially less than any combo meal you might have picked. (I couldn't believe how many calories were in those snack wraps and how little they are. Yikes! 330 and they barely fill a tooth!) Hang in there! Annie
