One goal for this week 9/03/06

In case you don't know the drill.. we set one goal for this week where we give it 100%.. it could be kicking an old habit, practicing on a new habit, or just kicking something up a bit, or even something crazy you want to try for one week. And it goes along with your normal weight loss goals
The thing is.. you give it 100%





Again for the third week.. no sweets during the week and I get 1 treat on the weekend.
First week I did really bad, and last week I did better but with 2 slip-ups.. so this week I'm hoping it will be perfect! I am taming my sugar tooth YAY!!
Mine's a no-brainer this week, although it may take many, many weeks for me to really get this under control:
WATCH THE SODIUM!
I'm convinced that several very-high sodium days were directly responsible for my gain of 2.5 pounds since Friday.
On a happy note though, my grandma is already out of the hospital after a triple bypass surgery. Most of the family is out there helping out and I've been getting really good reports.

P.S. IslandBB, Great news about your grandmother. You must be feeling very relieved!
My goal this week is to exercise for 5 days.-this was my goal last week and I only did 2 days, so I will do it this week.
My secondary goals are to journal everything I eat and to drink 64 oz water a day.
