I really don't know what to do. I really can't afford to pay for anything, like weight watchers or stuff like that. When I lost the 30 pounds earlier this year, I didn't feel like I was losing like I should be. Mainly I think because I was starving myself. Which seems to happen a lot after I start going to the gym. Any opinions would be very appreciated! Thanks!

Sounds like you really need help with planning your meals and snaks. It is always a great idea to do so! However, it doesn't have to be WW. Any balanced nutritional plan is good. Do you have health insurance? If so, it might cover professional nutritional counseling. Just call the Customer Service and ask. Individual nutritional counceling will give you the luxury of private one-on-one sessions with no public weight-ins. Or ask your doctor for a good book about nutrition and get it from your local library. The whole thing will not cost you a penny except for the co-payment for your doctor's visit. Or just browse through your library catalog. Just make sure you do not choose the 'diet' book as you need sound nutritional plan, and NOT a diet. You will need to learn how to read the food labels and measure portion sizes, to include your favorite foods into your daily eating plan, to understand your body needs for vitamins, minerals, fiber and chocolate (I'm serious!) It is all very interesting, and it could very well be done throught WW or other sources. Enjoy!!!

I know exactly what you mean, $$ is a big thing here also. I looked in to all of the plans and I found one that is working for me and is inexpensive. Of course we should all just watch what we eat, that is just soooo hard.
I have been using slimfast, I know you have to pay for them but really it is chaeaper than buying meals for yourself otherwise. I got them onsale when i started and they sent me coupons also that i used. I drink a shake in the morning, then a snack of about 120cal, not always a sf snack bar, then lunch usually not always af shake with 200cal additional calories, then a snack of 120cal, then as they say a sensible meal(I thought yeah right a sensible meal, i will be so hungry) that is not true, I eat a like they suggest and i have found that when i am drinking water all day i always drink a glass or so before each meal. Like tonite we had burgers and i had a good size burger with lots of lettuce, good size tomato and some onion with a side of cantalope, I drank iced tea with it, it was good adn i still get a snack later.
I have found that after being on sf for 2wks 3 days I have found that I am getting full faster adn i am way more conscious to waht i am eating, it is actually awesome. I have had my days where i did have something i shouldnt but we need those days or we will just eat that whole bag of cookies.
I have lost 10lbs in this short time and i am feeling great about it, i havent bought much of the sf because i am watching more what i eat and i put it in my meal plan on slimfast.com and it figures everything out for me, its awesome.
Good luck to you and whatever you do you will do great with everyones support!! :)
