If only being honest kept you thin and being dishonest puffed you up. Like you I take no pleasure in getting something extra even if it's not my doing. It just doesn't feel right. (Total Catholic guilt.) Good move adding the extra steps. Imagine if we could add 50 more steps every day for a year.

Thanks for the fashion article link. I read an article in a mag the other day calling Rachel Ray (the 30-minute Meal chick) chubby. Huh? Made me wonder what her BMI is. She's REALLY tiny. Curvy, but by no means chubby. Good luck on Wednesday. Annie

That's one tough exercise session you had LOL.. But it does feel good does it? For me it would be better than a guilty conscious (catholic too here btw)
