Weekend pigging out confessions

And it happened yet again this week.. this is getting so old it's not funny anymore. Once Thursday night is here, (my weekend is

Mary, it was a challenging weekend for me too. (Guess our people really are big on confessions. LOL) No real exercise, only so-so on H2O and lots of odd eating times and foods I don't usually have. Last night it was Chinese food with loads of sodium! Couple that with my TOM and I was up 1/2 pound to 233, making it not only 2 weeks w/o a loss, but now a 1/2 pound gain. (Tomorrow is my official weighing day so I guess there's hope that I can get rid of some of that water.)
Today's has to mark a fresh start for me. I got back on the treadmill this morning and had a reasonable breakfast, but the rest of the week has to follow now. Hang in there. I know we can get back on the horse. Annie
Mary-
I fully understand your problem. My MIL gets on my last nerve as well. She is fairly thin (ok- superthin) and is always on us about eating healthier-- but she east like 6 mini-doughnuts for breakfast!! I have other issues with her too- but I feel your pain.
I also had a not so great weekend. DH travels with the NFL team that he works for- so when they have away games- I use that as my license to pigout. he isns't there to stop me, or remind me that I might not really want to eat the whole box of stuffing...yes I did- yikes! This morning I was fired up- even though the alarm did not go off and I missed my work-out. I had a great breakfast, and have been doing well all day. My TOM is over and now I can;t use that as an excuse.
Let's try and stop the cycle- Mine is usually a 2 weeks one. Great for 2 weeks and then off for a whole week. I am going to a wedding/to see my In-Laws in 2.5 weeks- I would really love to loose a lot more by then.
Good luck!
